Terms

Written to be read once, in full, by the person who has to sign it. Nothing here is conditional on a page you have not seen.

1 to 6

1. What we do

We accept jobs you enqueue, run them against the endpoint or handler you register, retry them on the policy set for that queue, and keep the record of every attempt for the period on your plan. We do not read job payloads except when you ask us to look at one.

2. Availability

The enqueue endpoint is committed to 99.9 per cent in a calendar month, measured at our edge and published monthly. If we miss it, the following month is free and you do not have to ask. Scheduled maintenance is announced seven days ahead and never removes the enqueue endpoint, only the dashboard.

3. Your data

Payloads and attempt records are held in the region you choose at sign-up and are not copied out of it. Deleting a job purges its payload within twenty four hours. Closing an account purges everything within thirty days, and you can export first in one call.

4. What we will not do

We will not train anything on your payloads, sell them, or use them as an example. We will not run a job after you have deleted its queue, and we will not raise a price during a paid month.

5. Ending it

There is no notice period and no contract term. Cancel and the account runs to the end of the month you have paid for. We will only close an account without notice if it is being used to attack somebody.

6. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
