About the Enterprise plan
Enterprise is for organisations where the replay store has to pass the same review as the database it records. You choose the region at sign-up, or run the store on your own infrastructure with the self-hosted edition and keep every event inside your network.
Five hundred million events a month are included. Retention runs up to a year, which matters when an incident review or an audit asks what the system did last spring. SSO, SCIM provisioning and an exportable audit log are standard.
Contracts are annual. If we miss the 99.9% ingest commitment in two months of the same contract year, you can leave with thirty days’ notice and a pro-rata refund.
