About the Free plan
Free is the whole product at a small size, not a demo with the good parts removed. You install the same recorder, open the same replay view and run the same bisect as a team paying for Enterprise.
The limits are volume and memory. Free records up to five million events a month across three services and keeps each hour for seven days. When you reach the cap, recording stops for the rest of the month. We never bill a Free account, and nothing switches to a paid plan without someone choosing it.
Most teams start here with one noisy service, replay one incident, and move to Team when a second service needs recording or a week of history is not enough.
